South Hadley - Nereida Otero-Garcia, 57, passed away Thursday, May 11th, 2023, at Saint Francis Hospital. Nereida was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, on June 1st, 1965, to her parents Santiago Otero and Rosa Maria Garcia. Nereida was predeceased by her Father, her Husband: Jose Perez, Two Brothers: Eladio Otero-Garcia, Tony Otero-Garcia and her Sister: Milagros Otero-Garcia. Nereida was very much loved and she will be missed. Nereida leaves to cherish her memories her Children: Luis Marin, Jr., Kevin Sanchez, Kelly Sanchez, Cristina Rivera and Gladyliss Rivera, her Siblings: Santiago Otero-Garcia, Ruben Otero-Garcia, Felix Otero-Garcia, Lucy Otero-Garcia and Rosa Otero-Garcia, Nine Grandchildren: Luis Marin, III.,Josie Valdes, Jr., Violette Delgado, Jose Busted, Ellis Mercado, Silvia Salazar, Niko Marin, Silena Salazar and Michael Salazar, and a host of family and friends.
